The Deluxe Organic Contour Latex Pillow is a cervical pillow designed to cradle the natural curve of your neck and keep your head in gentle alignment with your spine. Its contoured shape provides more structured neck and shoulder support than a traditional pillow, making it an ideal choice for back and side sleepers.

Filled with 100% GOLS-certified organic shredded latex, it responds to your movements with a soft resilience that holds through the night, without synthetic foam. The adjustable fill lets you fine-tune height and firmness to suit your body type, neck length and shoulder width, so your contour pillow adapts to you rather than the other way around.

Encased in breathable GOTS-certified organic cotton and handcrafted in our Ottawa workshop, it offers clean, natural comfort designed to evolve with your sleep needs.

Adjusting your loft

Pillow loft can be adjusted by unzipping the core and adding or removing filling. Because filling can be messy, we recommend doing this over a kitchen sink (with the drain plugged) or outdoors.

Caring for your pillow

  • Do not wash the inner core.
  • Do not expose the pillow core to direct sunlight or heat.
  • Air out seasonally, in a shaded area.
  • The pillow protector that came with your pillow can be washed in cold water and hung to dry (shrinkage not guaranteed).
  • We recommend using a breathable pillowcase to extend the life of your pillow and keep it clean.
  • Handmade in Ottawa, Canada
  • Shipping calculated at checkout
  • 3-year limited warranty. See our Care & Warranty page for full details

Why it matters

The right cervical pillow changes your sleep

When your head isn't properly aligned with your spine, the muscles in your neck and shoulders can stay tense for hours, and you may wake up feeling stiff.

A contour pillow is shaped to follow the natural curve of your neck and keep your head in a more neutral position, whether you sleep on your back or your side. Filled with organic shredded latex rather than synthetic foam, the Deluxe Contour Pillow keeps its resilience night after night, and its adjustable fill lets you find exactly the height your neck needs.

Personal Support, Every Step of the Way

Read All FAQs

The Contour Pillow's GOLS-certified organic latex core provides responsive, resilient support that gently adapts to your movements throughout the night. Organic latex helps relieve pressure while maintaining consistent spinal support. The material is also naturally breathable, so your sleep can be cool and dry all night long.

To ensure your pillow stays fresh for years to come, avoid washing the latex core and keep it away from direct sunlight or heat. Air your Contour Pillow out seasonally in a shaded area. The removable pillow protector can be washed in cold water and hung to dry. Make sure the pillow protector is completely dry before placing it back on your pillow. Lastly, we recommend using a breathable pillowcase to help extend the life of your pillow and to keep it clean.

The Contour Pillow offers a firmer, responsive feel. Its shredded latex fill provides natural resilience, and the adjustable design allows you to customize the firmness and loft to suit your personal comfort.

The Contour Pillow is ideal for back and side sleepers. Its shape is designed to support the natural curve of the neck, helping maintain proper alignment and reducing strain on the shoulders and upper spine.

A contour pillow can help if your neck pain is linked to poor alignment during sleep. Its ergonomic shape supports the natural curve of your neck and keeps your head aligned with your spine, which can reduce strain on the neck and shoulders for back and side sleepers. Stomach sleepers generally do better with a flatter, softer pillow. If your pain persists, we recommend consulting a health professional.

Memory foam is a synthetic, petroleum-based material that slowly molds to your shape and tends to retain heat. Natural latex comes from the sap of the rubber tree. It offers responsive, resilient support, stays naturally breathable thanks to its open-cell structure, and contains no petroleum-based foams. Our latex is GOLS-certified organic.

The contoured shape features gentle curves that cradle your neck while supporting your head for optimal cervical spine support, making it an ideal pillow for back and side sleepers. The Classic Latex Pillow has a traditional shape that suits all sleeping positions.

Choose based on your mattress width and personal preference. The Standard (20" x 26") suits most sleepers on a twin or double bed, the Queen (20" x 30") is ideal for a queen bed, and the King (20" x 36") suits a king bed or sleepers who move a lot during the night. Our team is happy to advise you.
