  • Because filling can be messy, we recommend doing this over a kitchen sink (with the drain plugged) or outdoors.
  • Over time, wool requires a bit of care to maintain its loft: it is recommended to pat or shake the pillow to restore its volume and softness.

Yes. Wool naturally contains lanolin, a substance that repels dust mites and inhibits bacterial growth. Unlike synthetic pillows that often require chemical treatments, an organic wool pillow is hypoallergenic by nature. It's a suitable choice for those sensitive to artificial fills or down feathers.

No. Wool is naturally temperature-regulating: it keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. During warm periods, the fibers wick body moisture and create a natural cooling effect through evaporation. In winter, they trap warm air close to your body. This dual action explains why wool has been used in bedding for thousands of years.

A quality wool pillow lasts 5 to 10 years with proper care, 3 to 5 times longer than a standard synthetic pillow. Our 3-year warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.Over time, wool requires a bit of care to maintain its loft: it is recommended to pat or shake the pillow, or place it in the dryer on the air/fluff setting with tennis balls for a few minutes to restore its volume and softness.

No, machine washing is not recommended, and the filling should never get soaked. Wool doesn’t respond well to water or heat: too much moisture or agitation can cause the fibers to felt, permanently compressing the pillow.

Instead, simply air your pillow regularly to keep it fresh. For small stains, gently spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.

Never use a dryer. Always let the pillow dry naturally indoors, away from direct heat or sunlight.
