We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 180-day comfort policy for eligible mattresses. (The Classic , Deluxe and Grand) Please note that this policy excludes crib mattresses, kid mattresses, The Essential mattress and our Auberge mattresses.
Your mattress trial period begins the day you receive your purchase. We understand that adjusting to a new mattress may take time, especially since Obasan mattresses offer a unique sleeping experience. While some customers may fall in love with their mattress after the first night, others may require a longer adjustment period.
Depending on the type and condition of the mattress you're transitioning from, your body may need time to adapt to the gentle firmness of your new Obasan mattress. It's normal to experience some aches and pains as your body adjusts to proper posture and back support, which can take a month or more to fully appreciate.
To ensure that you have enough time to experience the benefits of your new mattress, we require that customers give their mattress or eligible topper at least 30 days before requesting a comfort exchange. Please note that only one comfort exchange per sleeper is covered by this guarantee.
Additionally, please note that we do not accept returns or take back any extra core pieces after a comfort exchange has been completed. These items remain yours to keep in the event that you need to revert to a previous comfort level.

We make every effort to be sure we manufacture our organic products with only the very finest materials available. If, however, you discover a defect in your new product, simply contact us by phone or by e-mail. If a defect that is covered by this warranty is discovered during the period of the warranty, Obasan will repair or replace (at our option) the defective item within a reasonable period of time. Obasan reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this warranty when, upon inspection, the sleep set is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to cause other than defective workmanship or materials. Obasan does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person’s medical condition. Obasan makes no warranty beyond what is contained in below writing. Obasan does not cover any transportation costs. Warranty is awarded to the original purchaser of the product (not transferable); proof of purchase may be required if warranty registration is not completed.
